2016/2017 Hockey Registration

Six Nations Minor Hockey will be setup for the Early Bird Registration on June 20th, 2016 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Sports Den in the Six Nations Community Hall. 

$350.00 for Tyke
$400.00 for All Other Divisions
**Must Be Paid in Full on this Date to Receive This Rate**


The rate will increase after this date so plan to register early!
